Try it before you open it
Every bottle ships with its own 2ml tester of the same scent. Try the tester first. If the fragrance isn't for you, send the full-size bottle back unopened, with the factory seal intact, within 30 days of delivery. We're the only ones who do this.
What you get back
We refund what you paid for the bottle, minus $2 for the tester you used and $4 for the free 5ml sample, which you keep. A bottle bought on its own ($34.99) refunds $28.99; a bottle from a 4-pack ($24.75) refunds $18.75.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by you. Email us first — we'll send you a return authorization and the address of our US warehouse.
Damaged or wrong item? The return is free and we cover shipping both ways.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the bottle reaching us.
