Cancellation policy

Valkof Privé is an optional paid membership. You choose it at the product page or in your cart, and you can decline it there by selecting "No thanks, I want to pay full price".

When you join, you pay $4.99 for your first month. With orders of 5 or more bottles, that $4.99 is taken off the price of your bottles. After the first month, your membership renews automatically and $39.99 is charged every month to the payment method you used at checkout, until you cancel.

Every $39.99 monthly payment is added to your account as store credit, which you can spend on any fragrance. Members pay the Privé price on every bottle.

You can skip a month or cancel your membership at any time, with no cancellation fee, from your customer account on our website or by emailing contact@valkof.ro. To avoid the next charge, skip or cancel before your renewal date. Cancelling stops all future charges. Payments already made are not refunded.

Returning a fragrance does not cancel your membership.
